Sugar in a large solid, crystal form. It's similar to rock candy but without the string.  
What's in a 21- piece tea service?
All German teas service sets consist of:
1 teapot, 1 creamer, 1 sugar, 6 cups, 6 saucers and 6 desserrt plates.

Gebackschale         = bowl for baked items
Kaffeekanne            = coffee pot
Kaffeetasse             = coffee cup & Saucer
Kluntje                      = sugar candy
Kuchenteller            = cake plate
Konigskuchenteller = King's cake plate
